Procedure - terms - development

DOMAIN NAME

Domain name registration request
If you don't already have a domain name, we will make the request for you.

*Notice: For domain name registration there is a charge which varies from about 8 to 25 EUR + taxes per year. This cost you are paying to the company which is your domain name registrator

If there is already a domain name, then this must be enabled on our name servers.
In this case you will have to send by e-mail or fax the information we will give you to your domain name REGISTRATOR. In most cases this can be also done from the web site of your registrator.

MATERIAL FOR THE SITE

Send / Give us your entire material fo the creation of your web site.
The material is the customer's responsability, creating text or finding pictures is not included in the construction cost.

In every case will be needed:

TITLE

A title for the site

DESCRIPTION

A short description of the content

KEYWORDS

Words which characterize your activity best (20 the most)

LOGO

Your company's logo if existent

ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, etc.

DESIRED COLORS

The colors you prefer for your site

TEXT

PHOTOS

*in all the languages of the site

PREPAYMENT

Payment of the agreed amount (usually 30% of the total amount)

TIME

The time for the execution of the agreed services begins always at the day we receive THE ENTIRE MATERIAL of the customer for the creation of his web pages.

The time is different in each case, but usually not longer than 1 month.

WAY OF WORK

The web site will be uploaded on a demo URL, so that the owner can see it and we can make the changes he wants, always according to the contractually agreed services, for no longer than 1 month. After 1 month the project is considered closed and the site is getting uploaded on the normal URL of the domain.
